St. Gabriel Parish - Reimbursement / Expenditure Form 
  • Reimbursement Form: Submit reimbursement requests for a single event - please do not combine expenditures from multiple events. Electronic copies (e.g. scanned or photo captured) of receipt(s) are required in order for payment to be processed. One check will be created per form.

$crip

The $crip program was established for the benefit of St. Gabriel School and Religious Education. This program is a progressive and innovative tool that helps the School and Religious Education Department keep tuition to a minimum while still obtaining funds that are needed to run a first class school and religious education program. $crip certificates are available for sale after weekend masses. $crip is also available Monday through Thursday in the School Office from 8:15 a.m. until 3:15 p.m. and until 1:00 p.m. on Fridays.

Join us for a  Safari Spectacular  on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at the Chandelier Ballroom in Hartford, WI.  This FUNdraising event benefits Catholic education for the children of St. Gabriel Parish and School.  Enjoy an evening of fellowship with a delicious dinner, WILD raffles, cocktails and a silent and live auction.  This is our main fundraiser of the year, so we look forward to seeing you there!  Thanks so much for your support.

Soles Walk for Catholic Education (October)

We’re walking for Catholic schools in southeastern Wisconsin – gathering as a community to build awareness of Catholic schools' lifelong advantages. Pledge dollars raised by schools stay with each individual school for tuition assistance. Our goal is to enable more families to experience the excellence of Catholic education.

Holiday Boutique  (December)

Coming upon the holiday season, we hold a small vendor fair. Each vendor donates a great raffle item valued at $25-50! In addition to the sales and raffle, we will also have food and refreshments. Money collected goes directly to the Dinner Auction to aid in offsetting expenses, and products donated are sold at the silent auction tables.

**Please note: due to the construction of the new education center, there will NOT be a Holiday Boutique in 2018
