Grade Specific Catholic Education Curriculum
The Archdiocese of Milwaukee has developed Grade Specific Catholic Education Curriculum to identify key religious education concepts for each grade level (1-8). These concepts are articulated in competence-based language. Curriculum guides for parents were developed so schools and parents could identify what we want our students to know and be able to do at the end of each grade based on national state and local standards.
3/30: Wisconsin Catholic Youth Rally
All Middle School students are invited and encouraged to attend the Wisconsin Catholic Youth Rally on Sunday, March 30 at Mount Mary College. We will leave St. Gabriel School at 11:30 a.m. and will be dismissed from the Rally at 5:45 p.m. The Wisconsin Catholic Youth Rally has become a very popular and worthwhile event for our Middle School students. This year the line up of presenters proves to be better than ever! All students will receive detailed information on the Rally. Students must return all three (3) forms of registration. (One is for St. Gabriel School, the other two are for WYRE Ministries who is hosting the Rally.) There is also an optional form this year for students to order Rally t-shirts. Parents are also invited to attend. In fact, I need one chaperone for every ten students that attend. Since this is a Sunday activity, parents will be responsible for their child's transportation to and from this event. Car pooling is encouraged, but please don't drop your child off at school without making prior arrangements with other parents. To get the discount price of $15.00 per person, we need to have our registrations in early! Registrations are due Feb. 27.

St Gabriel School provides a quality education along with Christian values that continuously exceed state and national standards. Our K4 through 8th grade school is staffed by teachers who encourage students to become responsible and respectful young adults. We have also been awarded Exemplary Status for our staff! Both attendees and donors enable us to continue to fund the programs that make these stellar achievements possible.
